Nourishing the Heart
A Transformative Small Group Process based on the Hakomi Method developed by Ron Kurtz
Come join us if you…
- Want to connect with your community even more deeply
- Want more emotionally intimate relationships
- Want to feel less lonely
- Want to feel more centered and connected to yourself
Creating the life you want requires certain skills. Once identified, these skills can be systematically practiced. This process is an opportunity to build the fundamental skills of asking for what you want, co-creating that experience, and then receiving it. And since this is all based on fair exchange, you will also have the opportunity to learn the skills of facilitating this process for someone else.
- Build your skills in giving and receiving support
- Identify, ask for and receive what you want
- Provide and receive the attention that transforms lives
